Start a frame review with the wall construction and opening survey. A door-frame section size is only one part of the interface; it does not specify a fixing method, anchor schedule or suitable supporting wall.
Identify the opening and the supporting construction
Describe whether the opening is in masonry, a stud-and-board wall, an insulated panel wall, an existing steel frame or another construction. These are survey categories, not a list of approved SHUANGLUAN METAL mounting systems. The selected frame and supporting construction need a project-specific review.
| Site information | What to send |
|---|---|
| Wall build-up | Wall thickness, layer materials and a section or sketch showing what is behind the visible surface |
| Opening geometry | Width and height readings, finished floor reference and any visible variation from square or plumb |
| Fixing edges | Photos and dimensions of the available jamb and head surfaces; identify any known backing or reinforcement |
| Existing frame | Material, dimensions, condition and hinge-area photos; identify what is intended to remain |
| Surroundings | Views from both sides showing trim, pipes, wall returns, floor changes and the operating route |
What the catalog frame dimension tells you
The catalog page 5 standard reference is a 304 stainless steel frame, 1.2 mm material thickness, with a 50 x 75 mm section. This is a reference specification. It does not establish the mounting orientation, fixing-hole positions, anchor type, wall reinforcement or installation tolerances.
The public reference material on this site does not include wall-specific mounting drawings or an anchor schedule. Request the detail for your proposed assembly before treating an installation method as confirmed. Another supplier’s frame design is not a SHUANGLUAN METAL detail.
Agree these items before ordering
Keep the site survey, frame detail and responsibility list together. Name the party responsible for each item in the project documents.
| Review item | Agreement to record |
|---|---|
| Supporting wall and reinforcement | Who verifies the substrate and prepares any required backing or opening work |
| Frame and fixing detail | Which drawing applies, who reviews it and which fixings are included in the supply |
| Survey and final sizes | Who confirms the site dimensions, finished floor level and usable passage |
| Installation and handover | Who installs the assembly and which installation instructions and checks apply |
Questions from installers
Can I reuse an existing frame?
Do not assume compatibility from its width alone. Send its geometry, material, condition, support information and hinge-area photographs for review against the selected door assembly.
Which anchors and tolerances should I use?
These need the selected frame detail, substrate information and applicable installation instructions. This survey guide does not specify anchor spacing, fastener sizes or site tolerances.
Continue with the opening and clear-passage measurement guide and catalog reference specification. Send wall photos and a section sketch with your inquiry.
Send your project information to WhatsApp +86 189 8869 7788 or shuangluan02@gmail.com. Include the opening ID so the site notes and drawings can be reviewed together.
Take the details to your project team.
Download the catalog reference specification and a fillable opening checklist. Save the completed checklist, attach site photos, and send it by WhatsApp or email for a configuration review.
The quotation and approved drawing define each order. Downloads do not submit information automatically.
