Send the cleaning process and the project’s evidence requirements before choosing a door configuration. A stainless steel facing alone does not establish that the complete door assembly is suitable for a particular cleaning process or meets a project requirement.
Start with the complete reference assembly
Catalog page 5 describes 304 stainless steel facings and frame, an aluminum-alloy honeycomb core, an acrylic observation window, rubber perimeter sealing, PE protection boards and an E-type hinge. A material question needs to identify which component it applies to.
The catalog also lists 316, 304 and 201 stainless steel and baked-painted steel as material options. Confirm the grade and component coverage for the proposed order; selecting a material option does not establish the chemical compatibility or certification of the whole assembly.
Send your cleaning conditions
| Process detail | Information needed for review |
|---|---|
| Cleaning product | Product name and manufacturer’s technical information; identify detergents, disinfectants and any separate rinse step |
| Concentration and contact | Working concentration, contact time and frequency of use |
| Application method | Wiping, spray, foam or other method; include water pressure and temperature if relevant to your process |
| Areas exposed | Identify which faces, edges, seals, window and hardware will be exposed, plus drainage and splash conditions |
| Evidence requested | The model-specific instructions, compatibility statement, test report or certificate your project reviewer requires |
The public reference material provided here does not include model-specific chemical compatibility results or washdown limits. Request written confirmation for the proposed assembly before treating a cleaning method as approved. This page does not prescribe chemical concentrations, water pressure or cleaning procedures.
Confirm the documentation requirement explicitly
Our public reference documents are a catalog-based specification and a buyer measurement checklist. They are not test reports or certificates, and no compliance claim is made by publishing them. No model-specific certificate is published on this page; that is not a statement that a certificate does or does not exist.
Tell us the exact standard, project specification or document your reviewer needs. Ask for the relevant model, issuing organization, scope and validity to be identified in any supporting document. Product selection should follow the evidence accepted by your project team.
Questions from facility teams
Can the reference door be pressure washed?
A pressure limit or approved washdown procedure is not established by the published catalog specification. Send your process conditions for review of the selected assembly.
Does a 316 option resolve every cleaning question?
No assembly-wide approval follows from a material grade alone. The window, seals, hardware, edges and selected construction also need to be included in the review.
Is a traffic door a cleanroom swing door?
They are separate product selections. Use the impact door and cleanroom door comparison to describe the purpose of your opening and the documents your project needs.
Review the impact-door reference materials and the wall interface survey alongside your cleaning process. Attach your cleaning requirements to the project inquiry.
Send your project information to WhatsApp +86 189 8869 7788 or shuangluan02@gmail.com. Include the opening ID so the site notes and drawings can be reviewed together.
Take the details to your project team.
Download the catalog reference specification and a fillable opening checklist. Save the completed checklist, attach site photos, and send it by WhatsApp or email for a configuration review.
